Our company, Oregon Cold Storage, located in Forest Grove, Oregon, has employed the services of Precision Building Maintenance since their inception approximately 2 years ago.
During this time they have provided us with weekly walk through inspections to address new maintenance related issues, routine maintenance issues such as checking doors, fans and other plant equipment, and special projects such involving light construction.
In all of these endeavors we have found PBM to very responsive. Their work has been of very acceptable quality and their rates have been very reasonable.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and the PBM crew for the fantastic job they did for us over the last 3 weeks as we prepared our location for the audit. Each and every thing we asked to have done, even in the very limited time constraints, was handled in a timely and effective manner (and most often with a smile!) Russell and Larry in particular, heading up their crews, were responsive and helpful. The painting job provided its own challenges but they too, were met. Our routine was minimally interrupted and we truly appreciate that.
