Dear Customer:

Precision Building Maintenance, Inc. was established in January of 2000 and Incorporated in 2001. Since our date of incorporation over seven (7) years ago, we have worked diligently to keep our rates the same, and still uphold the quality of service you have come to know, trust, and appreciate. We hope you will understand that due to high fuel and insurance costs, plus general cost of living increases through the years that it has now become necessary for us to raise our rates in order to continue to maintain the quality of service and staff that you have experienced and come to expect from us.

We have considered all options to keep our rates competitive, and as we have proven through the years, we will continue to do our best to keep rate increases a rarity. We believe that growth (not rate increases) is the key to success, and through your loyalty we have been able to grow, and serve you better each year while still maintaining exceptional quality, without the traditional rate increases often seen in our industry.

It is unfortunate that in this new economy, we are required to raise our rates at this time. We trust that you will understand and appreciate the cost of conducting business today. We appreciate your continued support and loyalty, and will continue to do our best to provide you with exceptional service at competitive and reasonable rates.
