HVAC/Industrial Mechanic/Technician

HVAC/Fabricator/Industrial Mechanic/Technician

PBM Inc. is currently seeking applicants to fill a position for a full time Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Industrial Facility Maintenance Company.

The successful applicant will perform a wide range of facility repairs.  Skills in many or most of the following areas are preferred, and we are willing to train the right motivated candidate.

  • Welding/Fabrication
  • Conveyor repair and installation
  • Overhead Door repair and installation
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • HVAC
  • Electrical
  • Framing/Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Drywall  
  • Painting
  • LME and CFC Certifications are a plus

The successful applicant must be able to provide or do the following:

  • Pass a ten (10) year FAA criminal background check with no felony convictions
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Have a valid drivers license and provide a copy of their clean DMV record
  • Have basic hand tools
  • Be willing and able to work un-scheduled and scheduled overtime
  • Be available for paid weekend on-call time.
  • Be willing to travel overnight within the state as the job requires
  • Works well on ladders, rooftops, and aerial platform equipment
  • Lift up to 75 lbs
  • Good communication and customer relations skills are a must
